With over five decades of extensive experience in the chemical and paint industries, Mr. Singh’s career exemplifies innovation, leadership, and unwavering commitment to excellence.

Personal Interests
An avid golfer, Mr. Singh is a proud member of the prestigious Bombay Presidency Golf Club (BPGC) in Mumbai, where he enjoys his hobby amidst a community of fellow enthusiasts. Through his remarkable journey, Mr. G. B. Singh has left an indelible mark on the chemical and pigment industries, inspiring trust, innovation, and excellence in every endeavour.
Professional Journey
Early Career at Asian Paints: Mr. Singh began his career in 1968 in the R&D department of Asian Paints, India’s leading paint company. He was instrumental in pioneering protective coatings based on epoxy, chlorinated rubber, and vinyl resins, as well as primer systems designed to combat corrosion. These products underwent rigorous testing in chemical and atomic power plants, proving their efficacy in harsh conditions. Recognizing his technical expertise and marketing acumen, the management entrusted him with the formation of the Industrial Sales Division. As the first-ever Industrial Sales Manager of Asian Paints, Mr. Singh led the company’s foray into industrial markets, promoting protective coatings to chemical plants, refineries, and atomic power plants. Under his leadership, the division grew from a one-man operation to a robust team of 40 professionals.
Entrepreneurial Endeavor:
In 1982, Mr. Singh transitioned to entrepreneurship, co-founding Anupam Colours & Chemicals Industries (ACCI) in GIDC Vapi. Specializing in the manufacture and export of Lead Chrome and Anti-Corrosive pigments, ACCI has since become a respected name in the industry. Today, the company is recognized as a One Star Export House, delivering consistent quality and exceptional service. ACCI’s product portfolio has expanded to include Pigment Pastes, Anti-Corrosive Pigments, Phthalocyanine, and Azo Organic Pigments, catering to both domestic and international markets.
